James Kehoe
James W. Kehoe (1925-1998) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Kehoe was nominated by PresidentJimmy Carter on July 18, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 4, 1979, and received commissionthe next day. He assumedsenior status onOctober 16, 1992, and served in that capacity until his death onDecember 13, 1998. Kehoe was succeeded in this position byDonald Middlebrooks.
