James Graham Jenkins (Wisconsin)
James Graham Jenkins (1834-1921) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentGrover Cleveland onMarch 20, 1893. He was confirmed by the Senate onMarch 23, 1893, and received commission that same day. He retired onFebruary 23, 1905.[1]

His service was terminated on March 23, 1893, due to appointment to another judicial position. Jenkins was succeeded in this position byWilliam Henry Seaman.
