James Graham Jenkins (1834-1921) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

He was nominated by PresidentGrover Cleveland onMarch 20, 1893. He was confirmed by the Senate onMarch 23, 1893, and received commission that same day. He retired onFebruary 23, 1905.[1]

His service was terminated on March 23, 1893, due to appointment to another judicial position. Jenkins was succeeded in this position byWilliam Henry Seaman.

Jenkins was nominated by Grover Cleveland on March 20, 1893, to a seat vacated by Walter Quintin Gresham. Confirmed by the Senate on March 23, 1893, and received commission on March 23, 1893. His service terminated on February 23, 1905, due to retirement.
