Elections for theNew Hampshire House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on September 9, 2014. The general election was held onNovember 4, 2014. Thesignature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Eight candidates were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while nine candidates faced off in the Republican primary.[5] The general election was contested by eight Democrats and eight Republicans. The Democrats wereEvan Fulmer,John Hanson,Kim Kojak,Spencer Nozell,Jo Ann Rotast,Dick Bean,Jack Rothman, and incumbentBrenda Grady. The Republicans participants wereJohn Balcom,Chris Christensen,Josh Moore, and five incumbents:Dick Barry,Dick Hinch,Jeanine Notter,Tony Pellegrino, andPhil Straight. All eight Republicans were victorious over the Democrats in the general election.[6]
