Isaac Newton Blackford
Isaac Newton Blackford (1786-1859) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Claims and a judge on theIndiana Supreme Court.
In 1855, Blackford was nominated to the Court of Claims by PresidentFranklin Pierce. He was commissioned onMarch 3, 1855, and served until his death onDecember 31, 1859.[1]
