TheIdaho Eliminate Probate Courts Amendment, also known asHouse Joint Resolution 10, was on theNovember 6, 1962 ballot inIdaho as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it wasapproved. The measure eliminated probate courts and courts of Justices of the Peace as constitutional courts.[1][2]
