Hubert Irving Teitelbaum (1915-1995) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Teitelbaum was nominated by PresidentRichard Nixon on November 24, 1970, to a seat vacated byWallace Gourley; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 11, 1970, and received commission thenext day. He served aschief judge from 1982 until he assumedsenior status onJuly 2, 1985. He served until his death onJanuary 5, 1995.[1] Teitelbaum was succeeded in this position byDonald Lee.
