Howard Speakman
Howard C. Speakman (1892-1952) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Speakman was nominated by PresidentHarry Truman on March 27, 1946, to a seat vacated byAlbert Morris Sames; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 9, 1946, and received commission onApril 13, 1946. He served the District of Arizona until his death onJune 17, 1952. Speakman was succeeded in this position byJames A. Walsh.
