Herbert Goodrich
Herbert Funk Goodrich (1889-1962) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentFranklin Roosevelt on March 5, 1940 to replaceFrancis Biddle. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 7th, and received commission onMay 10th. He served on this court until his death onJune 25, 1962.[1]
