Henry Williams Blodgett
Henry Williams Blodgett (1821-1905) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
He was nominated by PresidentUlysses Grant on January 10, 1870. He was confirmed by the Senate onJanuary 11, 1870, and received commission that same day. He retired onDecember 5, 1892.[1] Blodgett was succeeded in this position byPeter Stenger Grosscup. Blodgett passed away on February 9, 1905.
