Henry White Edgerton (1888-1970) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

He was nominated by PresidentFranklin Delano Roosevelt on November 26, 1937 to replaceDuncan Lawrence Groner. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 9th, and received commission onDecember 15th. From 1955 to 1958, he was the chief judge. OnApril 22, 1963, he assumedsenior status, serving in this capacity until his death onFebruary 23, 1970.^[1]
