Heartsill Ragon
Heartsill Ragon (1885-1940) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
He was nominated by PresidentFranklin Delano Roosevelt on May 12, 1933 to replaceFrank Youmans. He was confirmed by the Senate that same day, and received commission onMay 17th. He served on this court until his death onSeptember 15, 1940. Ragon was succeeded in this position byJohn Elvis Miller.
