Halmer Hull Emmons (1814-1877) was afederal judge on theUnited States Circuit Courts for the Sixth Circuit.

He was nominated by PresidentUlysses Grant on January 10, 1870. He was confirmed by the Senate onJanuary 17, 1870, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onMay 14, 1877.
