Geoff Michel (b. November 13, 1963) is a formerRepublican member of theMinnesota State Senate, representing District 41 from 2003 to 2013 and serving asstate Senate deputy majority leader.

Before serving in the Senate, Michel served as legal counsel for former Independent-Republican Governor Arne Carlson and as a legislative assistant to Congressman Bill Frenzel.[1]

Michel earned his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota.[1]
