Frank Youmans (1860-1932) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

He was nominated by PresidentWilliam Howard Taft on May 29, 1911 to fill the seat vacated byJohn Henry Rogers. He was confirmed by the Senate onJune 20, 1911, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onApril 11, 1932. Youmans was succeeded in this position byHeartsill Ragon.
