Frank Battisti
Frank Joseph Battisti (1922-1994) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Battisti was nominated by PresidentJohn F. Kennedy on August 23, 1961, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 21, 1961, and received his commission onSeptember 22nd. He served aschief judge from 1969 until he assumedsenior status onApril 1, 1994. He served until his death onOctober 19, 1994.[1]
