Ernest Guinn
Ernest Allen Guinn (1905-1974) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Guinn was nominated to the Western District of Texas by PresidentLyndon Johnson on June 28, 1966, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 22, 1966, and received commission onJuly 27, 1966. He served the Western District of Texas until his death onJune 9, 1974.[1] Guinn was succeeded in this position byWilliam Steele Sessions.
