I have been married to my high-school sweetheart for 24 years and we have a 20 year old son who is a junior in college and a football coach for Ocean Springs. I served on the Ocean Springs School Board for 5 years from 2017-2021 having been elected in 2016.

I am the Senior and Founding Pastor of Collective Church in Pascagoula, MS. An interdenominational church with over 1500 members.

I am also a Deputy Sheriff with the Jackson County Sheriff Department serving as a Chaplain.

I have been a business owner and entrepreneur from the time I was just 15 years old. My wife and I currently own Camp Cattle Farm raising Scottish Highland cattle.

I am seeking this position in the Mississippi Legislature because I believe we need leadership that is going to protect our freedoms as a republic and not bend to political pressure.

  • Experience: I have over 30 years experience in business and public relations. I believe Experience matters more than ever before. We don't need career politicians, we need competent and experienced leadership.
  • Family: Married to my wife, Toni, for 24 years. Have a 20 year old son in college.
  • Integrity / Values: Christian Conservative who has proven leadership and integrity that will work hard and fight to protect our freedoms.
Jesus Christ. There is not doubt, as a Christian and a follower of Christ, He is the model I strife to live like and for on a daily basis.

Ronald Reagan. His leadership qualities, his ability to communicate, the respect and honor he had even of his foes, sets him a part as someone I highly admire.
Honesty. Integrity. Experience. I believe in order to serve in a public office, one must have lived and experienced varying situations and circumstances in order to relate to those whom he/she is representing.

Proven Leadership.

Committed to work hard.
Committed and proven to fight for what I believe in and stand for.

I believe elected officials are servants of and for the people. I have served for over 20 years in pastoral ministry leading a very large church. I have also served in Law Enforcement on many different levels, currently as a Deputy under Sheriff John Ledbetter in Jackson County.
Represent the constituency and protect the freedoms of the citizens of the state. Insuring the voice of the people is always heard and taken into account when any decision affecting them as a whole is to be made. I am a determined protector of freedom. I believe in less government and more freedom for the people.
Making a difference

Protecting Freedoms

Paving a road of freedom that is better for the next generation than the one we are currently on.
There are many. The Space Shuttle Challenger explosion when I was in the 4th grade is a landmark memory for me. I was extremely interested in the reasoning for the explosion and extremely saddened by the tragedy.

I have always had an interest in politics and government. I played the role of John F. Kennedy in a school play in the 4th grade and was often told I would be president one day.... Maybe so... :)

Painted parking lots as a summer job in 1994 for several banks to earn enough money to buy a car and support myself financially as my parents weren't financially able to do so. I then got a job at Piggly Wiggly as a stock boy and bagging groceries. I did this for a couple of years before starting work as Assistant Manager of Movie Gallery.
The Bible
It's always applicable and on time.
Dirt Road Anthem by Jason Aldean and Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks
Being frustrated with extreme liberal politics and lack of common sense in government.

Complementary. Legislature makes and passes laws that is signed into law by the governor. The Governor has an agenda and a vision for the state that he/she would have to have the support of the legislature to enact or initiate. I believe all branches of state and national government should work together for the people as a whole.
Somewhat. It sure doesn't hurt to have some experience in whatever we choose to do in life. Having served on a school board for 5 years has inspired me to run for this position even more so after the experience of that position due to concerns with extreme liberalism, socialism, and indoctrination of our kids. I will fight against those things and have more of a knowledge of how those tactics actually gain traction and control being I served for 5 years as a trustee in a public school district.
Absolutely! Relationships matter and accountability matters! We can always learn from each other and listen to other's thoughts and ideas to help us have a clearer understanding in things.
Somewhat. I do believe that working with those of opposing views is vital to effectiveness and progress. However, I will never compromise my values or my integrity in any aspect.
There are many potential "firsts". Parental Rights in Education or some sort of Bill on education to protect the innocence and vulnerability of our children.
Agriculture, Constitution, Education, Energy, Forestry, Gaming, Insurance, Local and Private Legislation, Military affairs, Municipalities, Ports Harbors and Airports, Public Utility, Transportation, Wildlife Fisheries and Parks, Youth and Family Affairs
