Biography
Emerita Torres received a bachelor's degree in history from New York University and a master's degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Torres' career experience includes working in public policy, diplomacy, and advocacy. She has served on the boards of the Bronx River Arts Center and the Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation.[1]
