Elton Kendall
Elton Joe Kendall (1954-present) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Kendall was nominated to the Northern District of Texas by PresidentGeorge H.W. Bush on March 20, 1992, to a new seat created by 104 Stat. 5089; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 12, 1992, and received commission onMay 15, 1992. He served the Northern District of Texas until his resignation onJanuary 22, 2002.[1] Kendall was succeeded in this position byJames Kinkeade.
