Biography

Hernandez earned an A.A. in liberal arts from Morton College in 2001 and a B.A. in public administration from Northeastern University. Hernandez's career experience includes working as a senior policy advisor to former Lt. Gov.Pat Quinn.^[1][2] She founded the Cicero Youth Commission and has been affiliated with the Children's Center of Cicero and Berwyn and Cicero Youth Services.^[2]
