Edward Whitson
Edward Whitson (1852-1910) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
He was nominated by PresidentTheodore Roosevelt on March 10, 1905 to fill a seat created by 33 Stat. 824. He was confirmed by the Senate onMarch 14th, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onOctober 15, 1910. Whitson was succeeded in this position byFrank Rudkin.
