Biography
Flocco earned his B.A. in accounting from Drexel University in 1993. He went on to earn his M.S. in taxation from Philadelphia University in 2010.[2]
Professionally, Flocco works as a college financial aid counselor. He also works part-time as a seasonal tax accountant.[2]
