Edmund Palmieri
Edmund Louis Palmieri (1907-1989) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Palmieri was nominated by PresidentDwight Eisenhower on April 6, 1954, to a new seat created by 68 Stat. 8; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 11, 1954, and received his commission onMay 12th. Plamieri was succeeded in this position byWilliam Conner. He assumedsenior status onJune 30, 1972, and served in that capacity until his death onJune 15, 1989.[1]
