My family and I moved to Treasure valley in the early 1990’s after getting a job offer from Micron. During my time with Micron, I worked with yield analysis group on computer chip product to determine ways to improve yields. After taking early retirement in summer of 2016, we decided to move to Nampa where we found a great vibrant community we very much enjoy living in.

Over the years,I have spent a great amount of time working as a volunteer in several different organizations. For over 10 years I was with Boy Scout Ore-Ida council as both Pack/Troop Scout leader and planner for Winter & Spring camporees. My son and I, along with several other boys went camping over 50 times during boy scout years including going camping every month for 3 years straight. I also help my son and several other boys in earning their Eagle badges along with working at their community service projects. Also, during this time, I was a youth soccer coach helping both boys and girls learning athletic skill and teaching them how to be good sportsman. Squeezed in during this time, I was also involved with local habitat for humanity in building couple homes for families in need of a quality-built home.

Back in 2008 I got involve with University County extension as master gardener helping local folks about issues they have with their trees/lawns/backyard gardens and even teaching gardening classes, my specialty is teaching how to grow your own garlic. Over the last 3 years, I joined a small group
  • - Protecting our local Librarians and Libraries because of new target on them. - Voting rights for all by not limiting Absentee ballots and supporting ballot Initiative.
  • - Promoting Equity, Justice, and Opportunity for all. - Providing Quality, Accessible Health care for all those in need. - Expanding Public Education including Infrastructure and saying No to school vouchers
  • - Giving Women the right to make their own health decisions. - Keeping our Water, we drink and Air we breathe clean and safe for everyone. - Keeping our Democracy in check while fighting Extremism and Corruption.
Proetecting our neighbors, friends and family from extemist legislatures that is targeting folks because of type of books they read or color of their skin.
My Junior year vocational tech teach Mr. Koontz. Class wasn't just about learning electronics, he taught us laughter, curiosity, and to believe in our selves.
Reading our local newspapers over the last several years about extemist bills towards libraries and librarians drove me to run for State Legislator this year. Enough is Enough.
Listening to others, and being able to find eductional base answer to help them.
Arab Oil emborgo of 1970's long line to get gas, I was teenager. September 11 2001 attack, I was 40.
Local convenience store stocker - 5 months before I left for college.
Dune - old time sci-fi.
Giving to much time to work over the years.
Expanding Public Education, Affordable housing, Health care for all, Getting rid of the targeting on LGBQ+ people and folks of color.
No, I think any person that is able to put needed work & time to understand what is needed for folks should be given opportunity to represent their district
Yes, but we shouldn't have to compromise our core values to get Bill to pass.
Yes, during time od extreme need such as during pandemic.
I like to do reversal of Houe Bill 710 from putting a target on our libraries and librarians.
Education, Environment, Health, public safety
