District Judge White dies

Texas: JudgeJimmy White, ofTexas District 76, passed away onNovember 13, 2010, at the age of 65. He had served ont he 76th District Court sinceJune 7, 1995. He was well-thought-of in the legal community. County District Attorney Chuck Bailey said of him, "He was always careful to follow the law and give both sides before him a fair trial...He was a pleasure to work with, because no matter how difficult the situation, he approached it in a graceful manner that truly reflected his respect for the law and his respect for those before him."[1]
