David Warriner
David Dortch Warriner (1929-1986) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.[1]
Warriner was nominated by PresidentRichard Nixon on May 6, 1974, to a seat vacated byOren Lewis; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 16, 1974, and received commission onMay 21. He served until his death onMarch 17, 1986.[1] Warriner was succeeded in this position byRebecca Smith.
