Biography
Daniel Shagoury lives in Hallowell, Maine.[1] Shagoury earned a B.A. in history from Colby College in 1982 and an M.A. in international relations from George Washington University in 1987. His career experience includes working as a legislative aide with the Maine State Legislature.[2]
