Curtis Dwight Wilbur
Curtis Dwight Wilbur (1867-1954) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentHerbert Hoover on April 18, 1929 to a seat created by 45 Stat. 1414. He was confirmed by the Senate onMay 2nd of that year, and received commission that same day. OnMay 10, 1945, he assumedsenior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death onSeptember 8, 1954.[1]
