Constantine Joseph Smyth
Constantine Joseph Smyth (1859-1924) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentWoodrow Wilson on June 29, 1917 to fill the seat vacated bySeth Shepard. He was confirmed by the Senate onJuly 12, 1917, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onApril 14, 1924.[1]
