Claude Charles McColloch (1888-1959) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the District of Oregon.

He was nominated by PresidentFranklin Delano Roosevelt on August 5, 1937 to replaceJohn Hugh McNary. He was confirmed by the Senate on August 17th, and received commission onAugust 20th. From 1954 to 1958, he was thechief judge. OnDecember 31, 1958, he assumedsenior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death onSeptember 30, 1959. McCulloch was succeeded in this position byJohn Francis Kilkenny.
