The city ofMemphis, Tennessee, held general elections for mayor and city council on October 5, 2023. A runoff election was scheduled for November 16, 2023. The filing deadline for this election was July 20, 2023.

An election for court clerk was also scheduled for October 5, 2023, but was canceled after the Memphis City Council voted to make this position appointed.[1]
