Biography

Cheryl Pasteur earned a B.A. in English education from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1971 and an M.S. in urban education from Morgan State University in 1975. Pasteur's career experience includes working as a graduate cohort instructor with Morgan State University, a teacher with Baltimore County Public Schools, and an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.[1]
