Charles Weiner
Charles R. Weiner (1922-2005) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Weiner was nominated by PresidentLyndon Johnson on May 24, 1967, to a new seat created by 80 Stat. 75; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 12, 1967, and received commissiontwo days later.[1] He assumedsenior status onDecember 31, 1988, and served in that capacity until his death onNovember 9, 2005. Weiner was succeeded in this position byRonald Buckwalter.
