Charles Prentiss Orr
Charles Prentiss Orr (1858-1922) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
He was nominated by PresidentWilliam Howard Taft on March 25, 1909. He was confirmed by the Senate onApril 8, 1909, and received commission that same day.[1] He served until his death onMay 16, 1922. Orr was succeeded in this position byRobert Murray Gibson.
