Charles Holland Duell
Charles Holland Duell (1850-1920) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
He was nominated by PresidentTheodore Roosevelt on December 16, 1904 to replaceSeth Shepard. He was confirmed by the Senate onJanuary 5, 1905, and received commission that same day. He resigned onAugust 31, 1906.[1] Duell died on January 29, 1920.
