Charles Dickens Clark
Charles Dickens Clark (1847-1908) was afederal judge on the United States District Court for theMiddle andEastern Districts of Tennessee.
He was nominated by PresidentGrover Cleveland on December 17, 1894. He was confirmed by the Senate onJanuary 21, 1895, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onMarch 15, 1908.[1] Clark was succeeded in this position byEdward Terry Sanford.
