Charles Brents Kennamer (1874-1955) was afederal judge on the United States District Court for theNorthern andMiddle Districts of Alabama.

He was nominated by PresidentHerbert Hoover on January 24, 1931, to replaceHenry De Lamar Clayton. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 20th of that year, and received commission onFebruary 25th. He served on the Northern District Court untilJune 5, 1936 and he served on the Middle District Court until his death onJune 3, 1955.[1] Kennamer was succeeded in this position byFrank M. Johnson, Jr..
