Biography
Blaine Wilhour was born in Altamont, Illinois. Wilhour graduated from St. Elmo High School. He served in the Illinois Army National Guard from 1999 to 2005. Wilhour's career experience includes owning a business and working as a managing partner with a post-frame construction company and a farmer. He served on the Fayette County Board.[1][2]
