Frank Festa is the Podcast Producer/Reporter for Ballotpedia. Frank joined the staff in 2022. Frank is the Producer of Ballotpedia's podcast, On the Ballot. He helped launch the podcast when he came on as an intern in the Spring of 2022 and has since begun appearing on the weekly show as a reporter.

Prior to joining Ballotpedia, Frank received his Master's Degree at NYU's Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. His journalistic work has appeared on NPR's Life Kit podcast, in City Limits, AM New York Metro, The Philadelphia Citizen, Billy Penn, and elsewhere. Before that, he taught middle school special education. Frank currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
