Arthur Handy
Arthur Handy (Democratic Party) is a member of theRhode Island House of Representatives, representingDistrict 18. He assumed office in 2003. His current term ends on January 5, 2027.
Handy (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to theRhode Island House of Representatives to representDistrict 18. He won in the general election onNovember 5, 2024.
Biography
Handy earned his B.A. in Marine Affairs from the University of Miami in 1990. His professional experience includes working as the Sustainable Rhode Island Coordinator for The Apeiron Institute for Sustainable Living and as Director of Communications and Advocacy for the American Lung Association.[1]
