TheArkansas Homestead Tax Exemption Amendment, also known asAmendment 3, was on the1932 ballot inArkansas as aninitiated constitutional amendment, where it wasdefeated. The measure would have exempted all homesteads from all taxes, regardless of value. A homestead in counties was 40 acres, and a homestead in cities was a lot 50 ft by 150 ft.[1]
