The ballot title for Measure Nos. 104-105 was as follows:

AN ACT FIXING THE NUMBER OF SENATORS AND MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE SEVERAL COUNTIES AND PROPOSING TO AMEND THE INITIATIVE MEASURE SUBMITTED TO THE PEOPLE BY INITIATIVE PETITION FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE JULY 3, 1918, AND APPROVED BY MAJORITY OF VOTES CAST THEREON AT THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON THE FIFTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1918, AND BEING "AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE IV OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA; AND PROVIDING FOR SUBMISSION OF THIS ACT TO THE PEOPLE."
