Party label dispute
In email correspodence with Ballotpedia on October 11, Sanchez stated that he filed a lawsuit against the New Jersey Division of Elections (DoE) over his party listing on the official ballot. He claimed that the DoE incorrectly listed his campaign slogan as his party.[7] As evidence of this claim, he sent Ballotpedia a copy of his candidate filing paperwork that he submitted to the DoE.[8] Click the image on the right to see a larger version.
