Hui holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an M.B.A. from University of Maryland University College, and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Outside of the public sector, Hui's career includes time spent working as a public relations coordinator and an attorney, in addition to a six-year stint as a senior adviser and policy analyst atThe Heritage Foundation. Hui lives with her family in Columbia, Missouri.[1][2]
