Biography
Allan Howland earned a B.S. biology from Hobart College and an M.S. in education from Northern Illinois University. Howland's career experience includes working as a high school science teacher. He served on the Oyster River School Board, on the Durham Town Council, and as the chair of the Oyster River Finance Committee and Durham Economic Development Committee.[1]
