Alexander Holtzoff
Alexander Holtzoff (1886-1969) was afederal judge on theUnited States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Holtzoff was nominated by PresidentHarry Truman on September 12, 1945, to a seat vacated byBolitha Laws; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 24, 1945, and received commission onSeptember 28. He assumedsenior status onDecember 31, 1967, and served in that capacity until his death onSeptember 6, 1969.[1]
