Dominguez earned a bachelor's degree from Florida International University and a master's degree in public administration from Barry University. His professional experience includes work as a real estate agent and as a pharmaceutical executive for Abbott Labs, Sanofi Aventis, and Teva Pharmaceuticals.[1]
