Alabama Wilcox County Amendment (1982)
TheAlabama Wilcox County Amendment, also known asAmendment 10, was on the ballot inAlabama onNovember 2, 1982, as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment. It wasapproved. This measure proposed that the costs and charges of the courts in Wilcox County could be regulated by the legislature.[1]
