THeAlbama Bingo for Profit Amendment, also know asAmendment 4, was on theNovember 5, 1996, election ballot inAlabama as alegislatively referred constitutional amendment. It wasapproved. This measure proposed that three municipalities in Morgan County, Hartselle, Falkville and Decatur, could operate bingo games for profit.[1][2]
