My name is Al Pisano and I was born and raised in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. I attended college at Western Carolina University. In 1987, I graduated Cum Laude earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. After a few years of living in various places all over the country, I returned back to North Carolina. I then embarked on the adventure of a lifetime and walked over 1,000 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains down to the Outer banks. In 1990, I was hired by the Charlotte Police Department. I held multiple roles on the police force and retired after 28 years of being a public servant. In 1999, I found the Constitution Party and became the Chairmen in 2008. I have served in that role ever since. In 2018, I was able to help my party get validation from The State Board of Elections to run as a third party on the ballot. I am running for the office of Governor in North Carolina on November 3rd, 2020.
Sanctity of Life, Religious Freedom, Traditional Family, Private Property Rights, Pro-Second Amendment, Anti- Socialism, National Sovereignty.
I look up to George Washington and his bravery, loyalty, and honor. His physical, mental and emotional strength are beyond compare and those qualities are rarely seen in individuals today.
An elected official must be honest, have integrity, and possess a sincere desire to be a public servant.
Honesty, integrity, and a true understanding of what it takes to be a public servant.
My official first job was lifeguarding at the local pool. I worked seasonal for 6 years and became head lifeguard and assistant manager of the pool after 5 years.
The Bible because it discusses the truth of life and gives timeless wisdom and advice. It is truly the greatest story ever told.
The governor has the primary function to ensure that all aspects of the government are in compliance with the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of North Carolina, as well as all the constitutional laws of the state. The governors primary focus should be protecting the God-given rights of the people of the state while acting as the chief executive of the state government.
According to the North Carolina Constitution, the governor's primary role is to make sure there is a balanced budget. Also regarding the selection of appointees, those individuals understand their constitutional role and carry them out accordingly.
The ideal relationship should be one of communication, cooperation, and partnering with one another in order to benefit the citizens of the state to the optimal degree.
